A message dated April 30, 1993, was read stating the Senate has failed         
to concur in the House amendment to CSSB 100(FIN) am, namely:                  
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 100(FIN) am H                             
"An Act making supplemental and special appropriations for the                
expenses of state government; making, amending, and repealing                  
capital and operating appropriations; and providing for an effective           
date."                                                                         
                                                                               
and respectfully requests the House to recede from its amendment.              
                                                                               
In the event the House fails to recede, the President appointed the            
following members to a Conference Committee to meet with a like                
committee from the House to consider the bill:                                 
                                                                               
	Senator Sharp, Chair                                                          
	Senator Kelly                                                                 
	Senator Jacko
